以下是某一日既菜單:
金沙骨
先出水,
然後用滾水浸過面,
加生抽老抽片糖數滴喼汁(以上份量全部因人而已),
慢火煮40分鐘,
熄火焗30分鐘,
搞掂。
等既時候洗菜切瓜同搞下面d嘢。
XO醬炒琇珍菇翠玉瓜
菇和瓜先出水,瀝乾,
熱鑊下油,
先下瓜,炒至半熟後下菇,(可加肉片,跟菇一起加進去)
全部熟後下XO醬快炒幾下兜亂,
搞掂。
牛油炒小白菜
蒜頭切碎,
熱鑊下牛油爆蒜頭,
下菜炒熟,(可加肉片,約菜半熟時加進去)
又搞掂。
B這天吃翠玉瓜肉碎粥。
